1. Accettazione dei Termini

Utilizzando Plumber AI ("Servizio"), accetti di essere vincolato dai presenti Termini di Servizio. Se non accetti questi termini, non utilizzare il Servizio.

2. Descrizione del Servizio

Plumber AI è un'applicazione web che fornisce:

Assistenza AI per la diagnostica di problemi con caldaie e termostati
Guide passo-passo per la risoluzione di problemi comuni
Informazioni tecniche basate sui libretti di istruzioni dei dispositivi
Database di codici errore per vari modelli di caldaie

3. Account Utente

3.1 Registrazione

Per utilizzare alcune funzionalità del Servizio è necessario creare un account fornendo un indirizzo email valido e una password.

3.2 Responsabilità dell'Account

Sei responsabile di:

Mantenere la riservatezza delle tue credenziali di accesso
Tutte le attività che si verificano sotto il tuo account
Informarci immediatamente di qualsiasi uso non autorizzato

4. Sistema Crediti e Pagamenti

4.1 Crediti

Il Servizio utilizza un sistema a crediti:

Ogni messaggio inviato all'assistente AI consuma 1 credito
I nuovi utenti ricevono crediti gratuiti alla registrazione
Crediti aggiuntivi possono essere acquistati tramite il Servizio

4.2 Acquisti

I pagamenti sono elaborati in modo sicuro tramite Stripe
I prezzi sono indicati in Euro (EUR) e includono l'IVA ove applicabile
I crediti acquistati non hanno scadenza
I crediti non sono trasferibili o rimborsabili, salvo quanto previsto dalla legge

4.3 Rimborsi

Puoi richiedere un rimborso entro 14 giorni dall'acquisto se non hai utilizzato i crediti acquistati. Per richieste di rimborso, contattaci a plumberaiapp@gmail.com.

5. Utilizzo Accettabile

Ti impegni a NON:

Utilizzare il Servizio per scopi illegali o non autorizzati
Tentare di aggirare le misure di sicurezza del Servizio
Interferire con il funzionamento del Servizio
Utilizzare sistemi automatizzati (bot) per accedere al Servizio
Rivendere o redistribuire l'accesso al Servizio
Fornire informazioni false durante la registrazione

6. Limitazioni di Responsabilità

Il Servizio fornisce informazioni a scopo puramente indicativo e orientativo. Le risposte dell'assistente AI:

NON costituiscono consulenza tecnica professionale
NON sostituiscono l'intervento di un tecnico abilitato
Potrebbero contenere errori o imprecisioni
Si basano su informazioni generali che potrebbero non applicarsi al tuo caso specifico

6.2 Sicurezza

Per interventi che coinvolgono:

Impianti a gas: è OBBLIGATORIO rivolgersi a tecnici abilitati (DM 37/08)
Impianti elettrici: affidati a personale qualificato
Pressione dell'acqua: in caso di dubbi, contatta un professionista

6.3 Esclusione di Responsabilità

Il Servizio è fornito "COSI' COM'E'" senza garanzie di alcun tipo. Non siamo responsabili per:

Danni diretti o indiretti derivanti dall'uso del Servizio
Danni a persone o cose causati da interventi effettuati basandosi sulle informazioni fornite
Interruzioni del servizio o perdita di dati
Inesattezze nelle informazioni fornite dall'assistente AI

7. Proprietà Intellettuale

Tutti i contenuti del Servizio, inclusi testi, grafica, loghi, icone e software, sono di proprietà di Plumber AI o dei rispettivi licenzianti e sono protetti dalle leggi sul diritto d'autore.

Le informazioni tecniche sui dispositivi sono tratte dai libretti di istruzioni dei rispettivi produttori, utilizzate a scopo informativo.

8. Sospensione e Terminazione

Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o terminare il tuo accesso al Servizio in caso di:

Violazione dei presenti Termini
Comportamento fraudolento o abusivo
Mancato pagamento
Richiesta delle autorità competenti

Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni.

9. Modifiche ai Termini

Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare questi Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate tramite email o avviso sul sito. L'uso continuato del Servizio dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi Termini.

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
Purchased credits do not expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law

4.3 Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
